For parents, players and managers

Privacy Policy — for parents, managers and players

1.Who we are

The P.L.A.W application is operated by &Go, s.r.o., Vnútorná okružná 178/27, 945 01 Komárno, Slovak Republic, Company ID 46571388. You can write to us at support@plawsports.com.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer — at our size the law does not require one. Data protection questions are handled directly through the contact above.

2.What this policy covers

Two different things, and it is worth keeping them apart:

Your account — the email and name you register with. That is data about you.

The practice records of the player you follow — the sessions, drills and the coach's notes that appear in your account after you enter an access code. These are copies, not a live view into the coach's app. We keep them for you, which is why this policy covers them too.

What this policy does not cover: the coach's own records. The coach decides what to write down and how long to keep it, and they inform you about that separately. If you want something changed in their records, the coach is the one to ask — see section 11.

3.What we process

About you: email, name, password (stored only as an unreadable hash — not even we can see it), your role (parent, manager or player), which player you are connected to, and your subscription status.

If you fill in billing details: company name, company address, company ID and tax ID. They appear on your invoices.

About the player you follow: name, year of birth, practice dates and times, what was trained (focus areas, drills, duration) and the coach's notes on the session.

Automatically on every visit: IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This serves operation and abuse detection.

If the player also trains with a second coach in another discipline (fitness, for example) and that coach chooses to share it, you will additionally see a summary of that work — how the training time was split between focus areas. You do not see that coach's notes or their individual sessions, and the sharing can be switched off at any time.

Where the player's data comes from: from the coach who gave you the access code — and, for the summary described above, from the player's other coach. We did not obtain it from you, and we never collect it directly from the player.

4.Why we do it and on what basis

| What for | Why we may | |---|---| | Running your account and signing you in | performance of our contract with you | | Keeping the practice records available to you | performance of our contract with you | | Subscription | performance of the contract | | Billing details on your invoices | performance of the contract | | Operation, security, abuse detection | our legitimate interest in keeping the service running and free of abuse |

We do not ask you for consent — it is not the legal basis for any of the above. And we do nothing of our own with the data: no advertising, no profiling of the player, no selling, no passing it on to anyone.

5.How far back you can see — and what gets deleted

Without a subscription you see the last 6 months. With a subscription you see the last 24 months.

The window is rolling and counted from today. Records older than that are deleted — they are not merely hidden from you.

Three consequences you should know about in advance:

The coach's own records are not affected by this — deleting your copy does not delete anything of theirs.

6.What happens when the cooperation ends

If the coach ends the connection, or their account disappears, your copy stays — within the window described above. That is the whole point of it being a copy: what the player has done does not vanish because someone else stopped using the app.

New records simply stop being added.

7.Who else sees it

Nobody. These providers help us run the service, each with access only to what they need:

Vercel, Resend and Stripe are US companies, so part of the processing may take place outside the EU; we have in place with them the standard contractual clauses designated by the European Union for that purpose.

8.Where the data is stored

In a database in Frankfurt, Germany — inside the European Union. The same applies to backups and to the servers the application runs on.

9.How long we keep it

| What | How long | |---|---| | Practice records in your account | 6 months, or 24 months with a subscription (section 5) | | Your account | as long as you have it — deleting it removes everything | | An account not signed into for 24 months | we send a warning and then delete it | | Billing details | until you clear them or delete your account — invoices already issued keep them for 10 years, as the law requires | | Operational logs | short-term, per our providers' settings |

10.Your own account is read-only

You can read, but not change anything. You cannot edit or delete the coach's records, and the coach does not see your account — only that the connection is active.

11.Your rights

You can ask us at any time for:

Just write to support@plawsports.com. We will respond within one month at the latest, free of charge.

One practical note. If something is wrong in a practice record — a mistaken note or a wrong date — the entry was written by the coach and their own records are theirs to correct. Write to the coach; and write to us as well, so that we correct the copy in your account. If you prefer, write only to us and we will contact the coach for you.

If you are the player's parent or legal guardian, you exercise these rights on the child's behalf.

If you are not satisfied with how we handled it, you may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.

12.Age

Your own following account is available from the age of 16. A younger player can be followed through a parent's account — the parent sees exactly the same practices.

13.Cookies

The application uses only strictly necessary cookies: sign-in, the time zone and the language of the public site.

We have no advertising or tracking scripts. On the public website only — not in the application after you sign in — we count visits with Vercel Web Analytics (which page was viewed, where the visitor came from, the country and the type of device), on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the website. It uses no cookies, does not store IP addresses and keeps no profile of anyone. That is why we do not ask you for cookie consent and show no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

14.Changes to this policy

If anything material changes — a new provider is added or the retention periods change — we will tell you by email or in the app. Quietly rewriting the page is not enough, and we do not do it.

15.If you keep your own training diary

This policy is effective from 1 October 2026. Last updated 20 October 2026: billing details added (§3, §4, §9) and Stripe added as a provider (§7). Earlier update 7 October 2026: website visit counting added to §9.
